Our annual Thanksgiving special offer is set to begin on November 1st. This will enable our patients to refer a family member, friend or fellow employee to our practice in the month of November for an intial examination charge of $19.95. This evaluation includes a consulation with the doctor, a neurological examination, and orthopedic evaluation,  Also included in the initial evaluation are two spinal x-rays (if necessary).

Our office will be particiapating in the nationwide Toys for Tots Program, lead by our new Associate Doctr, Dr. Nathan Baxter. In  exchange for a new toy ($ 20 value), beginning November 29th, any new patient consulation and evaluation, including 2 spinal x-rays, will be done for no charge. We will also accepting cash donations or a new toy from any of our established patients who may be interested in donated to this popular Holiday program. This offer will expire December 23, 2010.
